Flu shots will be offered at your appointment. If you don’t have an appointment you may come during our flu shot clinic on Thursdays from 1:00pm to 4:00pm.
1. When you arrive look for the “Flu Shot” lawn signs.
2. Call or text the number on the sign. Be sure to include your name, date of birth, color and type of car you're in. We will come to you and give you your shot.
3. Please wear appropriate clothing for easy access to your arm.
4. This is a first come first serve basis.
Please remember to wash your hands with soap and warm water for 20 seconds frequently throughout the day!

If you have an urgent medical question while the clinic is closed, you can access our on-call physician by calling our main office phone number (231)935-0850, and follow the prompts. The on call physician will call you back within 30 minutes.
