Look for the tent at the end of the parking lot. First come, first serve. Wear appropriate clothing for easy access to your arm.

At Grand Traverse Internal and Family Medicine, we enjoy developing an on-going relationship with our patients. Our dedicated staff work together as a patient care team to provide high-quality comprehensive healthcare. We see patients in the office Monday - Friday.
Normal phone hours are Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:00pm. Our phones are not answered between 12:30pm and 1:30pm. When you call our office your call will be routed through our voice mail system. You will be required to choose the correct extension to reach the appropriate person to handle your needs. If you have an emergency please hang up and call 911.
We are certified by Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan as a Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH). This is an advanced healthcare model with PCMH status being awarded to practices that demonstrate these newer healthcare standards
We are available 24/7.
If you have an urgent medical question while the clinic is closed, you can access our on-call physician by calling our main office phone number (231)935-0850, and follow the prompts. The on call physician will call you back within 30 minutes.
